Visibility

If this field has the default configuration in ScreenFieldPermission, it will always be editable.

Possible Values

Depending on the QuotationReceiverDocs responses, this field will have the following values:

  • sum of all answerItem total values for the lowest first offering supplier: If all answerItems from QuotationReceiverDoc are valid;
  • empty: If all QuotationReceiverDocs have at least one answerItem rejected, canceled, with invalid technical evaluation, or with available quantity lower than the quantity defined in sourcingItem;
  • previous valid value: If the user rejects at least one answerItem on all QuotationReceiverDocs that had all answerItems valid in previous response.

Visibility

If this field has the default configuration in ScreenFieldPermission, it will become editable if there is at least one answerItem rejected, canceled, with invalid technical evaluation or with available quantity lower than the quantity defined in sourcingItem in First Offer round or Negotiation Round. Otherwise, this field will be set to readOnly mode automatically.

This field can also become editable by manually changing field partial's value:

  • editable: if all suppliers are marked as partial or have an invalid technical evaluation;
  • readOnly: if at least one supplier is not marked as partial and with valid technical evaluation

Possible Values

Depending on the QuotationReceiverDocs editing responses, this field will have the following values:

  • sum of all answerItem total values for the lowest first offering supplier: If all answerItems from QuotationReceiverDoc are valid;
  • empty: If all QuotationReceiverDocs have at least one answerItem rejected, canceled, with invalid technical evaluation, or with available quantity lower than the quantity defined in sourcingItem;
  • value manually inserted by user: If the field is in editable mode and the user manually inserts a value.
