This feature lets you add suppliers to a quotation in progress, without causing already invited suppliers to stop answers
A new phase named Invite Suppliers was added, when the process is in the phase Receiving Quotations then the negotiator can invite more suppliers to the quotation without stop answers from the already invited suppliers
When the Invite More Suppliers action is clicked then the status of the process is changed to Invite Suppliers and the negotiator will have 2 tasks opened, they are: Receiving Quotations and Invite Suppliers
While the negotiator is inviting new suppliers, already invited suppliers can continue to send answers
After send new suppliers to the process the task was finished and the new suppliers can answer the quotation
When the process does not go through Receiving Quotations phase, because it does not have any supplier with the rfx flag checked, then the user can invite more suppliers on the Quotations Evaluation phase;
