Submit Dialog

A customized Submit modal was developed for Vale.

Vale will not use a default Submit modal like the other RFx extensions.

For Vale a new submit modal was developed. According with issue #731921, the submit modal will be composed for a Date field, instead of a text area field like in regular submit modal.
